Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, minor variations in trimming, alignment, binding, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
