Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Because our products are handmade and packaged in small batches, processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods. Any extended turnaround time will be noted on the applicable product page.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Jet Set Paper Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Addresses
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will help where possible.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
